SVLC and Thrivent Financial are sponsoring a free Swim & Float on Sunday, August 11th from 1-3 p.m. Youth are especially encouraged to use the pool and enjoy a free swim. Additionally, everyone is invited to enjoy a root beer float at the picnic area in the park! For several years the Lutheran Church has sponsored this activity
The Rotary Club of Townsend’s August 2024 Slice of Summer family fun event will be held on Thursday, August 15 in Heritage Fun Park. Slice of Summer includes Youth Activities that run from 2:00-5:00 pm and Family Activities that run from 5:00-8:00 pm. Rotary is paying for free youth swimming from 1-4 and 6-8

Performances are FREE, and seating is first come, first served. We ask that tall chairs sit further back to allow those on blankets and in short chairs to see.
