Hosted by MSU Extension – Broadwater County, there will be a food preservation workshop called “Water Bath 101: Salsa Edition” on Saturday, September 10. Two sessions will be offered in Three Forks (Wheatland) from 8:30-11:30 am and Townsend from 1:00-4:00 pm. This is a hands-on class that covers water bath canning, and participants will get to make and take home a jar of salsa. It will be taught by MSU Extension Food & Nutrition Specialist, Brianna Routh.
