MINDFULNESS TRAINING & PRACTICE ON ZOOM

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

  1. Please join the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center and Calmer Choice instructors for a monthly Zoom session of mindfulness practice. Bringing awareness to what we do helps us be in the moment and enjoy the things we love even more.This program offers an hour of experiential mindfulness practices and discussion about how to bring more awareness to your daily life.

The program is for people with cognitive loss and caregivers. Programs are free, open to the community, and accessible via ZOOM. If you need help getting on track with ZOOM, please let us know and we will get someone to help you!
