2020/2021 Grants and Donations: We gave out two rounds of monetary assistance to businesses affected by the Covid-19 shutdowns, Copy Cup, The Lodge, Senior Center, Rotary, Fall Fest, MT Community, Stonehouse Distillery, Lakeside Distillery, Mint Bar and Café, STOKE
BCDC has increased the Broadway and Front St. Beautification Grants to $1000
Planning on updating our last (2004) Community Assessment/Visioning Document which identifies the future priorities of Townsend and Broadwater County.
Helping with the Master Plan for the Silos Recreation Area.
Continue maintenance, weed spraying and expansion of Townsend’s Trail System and the trails around town.
We work with the Montana Business Assistance Connection (MBAC) and the Montana Main Street Program.

Daily updates to web site and continuing to add long-term data and pictures.
Marketing and updating our web site to Broadwater County and the World! We are averaging 300 visitors a day.

Purchased new Welcome banners and installed new banner and flag pole brackets on Broadway.

Established the Broadwater Community Connections Newsletter which helps to connect our non-profit and community organizations.
