DESCRIPTION:Hosted by MSU Extension – Broadwater County\, there will be a food preservation workshop called “Water Bath 101: Salsa Edition” on Saturday\, September 10. Two sessions will be offered in Three Forks (Wheatland) from 8:30-11:30 am and Townsend from 1:00-4:00 pm. This is a hands-on class that covers water bath canning\, and participants will get to make and take home a jar of salsa. It will be taught by MSU Extension Food & Nutrition Specialist\, Brianna Routh. You will also have a chance to ask her all of your burning food presentation questions! The class cost $15\, and class size is limited to 15 people. RSVP to 406-266-9242 or broadwater@montana.edu.
