We are not a typical repair company. We use minimal parts to repair. We try to never modify the original design of any project. We don't do new construction, and we don't add on to existing structures with all new material. We specialize in using on hand material to repair and modify existing designs to function as they were originally intended to. We only use modern materials to replace old worn out technology, but without changing the original design. We restore almost anything.

We specialize in preparing your home for the cold season through restoration. By draft sealing, adding insulation to key areas, and upgrading current heating designs. We specialize in old homes and do not recommend unneeded upgrades or throw away anything than can still be safely used.
